When will my order be shipped out? |
Please allow a 1-2 week processing time (before your order ships out) for anything made to order! Items that are not made to order and are in stock will take much less time to ship out, but depending upon my availability, the processing time could be the same. Once your order is shipped out, I am not responsible for any lost packages. Make sure to put your address in correctly or your package will be returned back to me! If you were able to place a custom order with me, processing time will range from 1 to up to 4 weeks! I always try to finish up orders as fast as I can, but it all depends upon the time I have on my hands!
What yarn do you use? |
I mostly use Bernat blanket yarn, Sweet Snuggles by Loops & Threads, Bernat velvet yarn, Premier Parfait Chunky yarn, and 100% acrylic yarn (brand: Impeccable).
Do you ship worldwide? |
Yes, I am based in New York in the United States and I offer worldwide shipping. The shipping price depends on the size and weight of the item(s) and of course, international shipping will take much longer than domestic shipping. I cannot provide an estimate, but be prepared to wait at least a month until your orders’ arrival.
Do you accept custom orders? |
Very occasionally, I open up custom orders which I announce on my Instagram (@vibescrochetco)! You can DM me on there and I will create a custom order slot for you either on my website or on my ETSY. Prices will start at $20 ranging as high as $60+ depending upon complexity and size.
My item’s arrival has been delayed or did not arrive by the estimated shipping date. |
Due to COVID-19, USPS has gotten much slower and has received an unprecedented volume of packages. Please understand that once your package is in the hands of USPS, I have no control over it and am not responsible for delays or lost packages. Please message me with any concerns over lost packages and I will make sure to accommodate you to the best of my abilities!
When do you restock? |
I try to restock weekly (mostly on the weekends around 12PM-3PM EST). I am currently a junior in high school, so doing weekly restocks helps me balance out crocheting with my school work. Follow my social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.) @vibescrochetco to keep up with my plushie and restock updates! Also, I usually put a countdown to my next restock on my story, so make sure to set notifications or an alarm!
What is your return/cancellation policy? |
I accept cancellations, but not returns!
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of purchase. I don’t tend to ship out orders within a day, but contacting me earlier would be much appreciated.
I do not accept returns for DIGITAL or PHYSICAL items. If you input your address incorrectly, your package will be sent back to me! I can ship it back to you once you give me your correct address, but ALWAYS check if it is correct!

Yes, I do! Check out my Etsy (www.vibescrochetco.etsy.com) to check out my DIGITAL patterns! Some of my most popular patterns are up there (cow squishmallow, chicken nugget, etc.) and I also have a free pattern up on my blog and Instagram! I’m always working on new things, so if I ever release a pattern, it will go up on my Etsy! If I release a FREE pattern, it will go up on my blog and Instagram feed.
